XiaoWen Liang is a Chinese feminist activist, organizer, and lawyer who is part of the #MeToo movement in China. She founded a grassroots feminist non-governmental organization to combat inequality and is a practicing attorney in NYC where she continues to advocate for women’s rights and fight against sexual harassment and domestic violence, as well as bring visibility to the womens movement in China.
