Craig Kobayashi has been the Co-Founder and Chief Project Manager of Factimize PatternViewer (aka EVDense Holding Company, Inc.) for the past 15 years. Craig has been a frequent speaker at various state bar continuing legal education programs across the country on the use of communication data in family law matters, and at business forums on eDiscovery issues.
Craig recently co-authored Analyzing Coercive Control With Communication Data: A Practical Panacea, which was published in the Georgia Journal of Professional Counseling (2023 ed.). Prior to Factimize PatternViewer, Craig accumulated over three decades of experience in business law and intellectual property transactions, and has represented numerous mature and start-up
technology clients, including Microsoft, Paul Allen, and VMware. He earned his B.A. degree in 1979 from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree in 1984 from Berkeley Law School, University of California.
