Carrie McManus is the Director of Innovation and Programs at Sagesse, where she leads the development of Sagesse’s programs while working to drive change and break barriers to eradicate domestic abuse. Her initiatives empower communities and challenge long-standing beliefs. Under her leadership, Sagesse has expanded, addressing abuse in diverse and underserved areas with a focus on supporting people commonly not considered within formal service delivery offerings.
With over 20 years of experience, Carrie has revolutionized service delivery and helped implement social policies like Clare’s Law in Alberta. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University and a Diploma of Social Work from Mount Royal University.
