Rich Simon focuses on making AI accessible to non-technical professionals. He is the founder of Luminate Solutions, a boutique AI enablement consultancy that helps professional teams move from AI curiosity to practical implementation. A former attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Senior Manager at Deloitte Advisory, Rich has spent two decades at the intersection of law, data, and technology — including directing litigation discovery for the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, building Deloitte’s M&A analytics platform, and architecting AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients. He holds a JD magna cum laude from Cardozo School of Law and a BA in Mathematics from Hofstra University.
