Diana Griffin

Attorney and Advisor

Diana Griffin, JD, is the attorney advisor for the National Legal Center on Children and Domestic Violence, BWJP. Prior to joining BWJP, Ms. Griffin provided direct representation to survivors in family law matters and violence-based immigration matters. She worked at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services where she served as Assistant Managing Attorney in the Family Law Unit before joining the New York Legal Assistance Group as a Senior Staff Attorney.

Ms. Griffin litigated orders of protection, custody, child support, spousal support, divorce, and appellate matters. While with legal services she led trainings to the community, other attorneys, and assisted in teaching a law clinic at NYLAG. She attended Boston University where she earned her bachelor’s in history and women’s studies before earning her law degree at the University of Maryland.
