Michael J. Broyde is a professor of law at Emory University and the Berman Projects Director in its Center for the Study of Law and Religion. He is the author of more than a dozen books and hundreds of articles and works regularly in the area of religious divorce focusing on the Jewish tradition. He is interested in this conference on the use of contracts to address issues of coercive control.
